Meet at Suica Penguin Square, directly in front of JR Shinjuku Station’s New South Gate.

The address may appear as Shibuya City, but this is the correct meeting point.
Sho will be waiting in modern samurai attire, making him easy to find.
Departure from Tokyo Station
Meet just outside the Marunouchi South Gate at JR Tokyo Station.

Use the ground-floor gate, not the Marunouchi Underground South Gate.
Your guide Sho will wear modern samurai attire and be easy to find.
Ending Point
The tour ends at Kichijoji Station.
After the tour, Sho will guide you to the correct platform and help you identify the right train.
Whether you are returning toward Shinjuku, Shibuya, your hotel, or another area, a former JR Chuo Line conductor will help you plan your route back with confidence.

Begin the Night in the Green Car
The journey begins before you reach the first venue.
Meet Sho at Tokyo Station or Shinjuku Station and board the JR Chuo Line Green Car together.
The Green Car is like a mobile lounge, carrying you away from the traffic and crowds of central Tokyo.
It offers spacious seats, and you may eat and drink on board. A restroom, trash bins, power outlets, and Wi-Fi are also available.
Outside the window, people finish work, walk toward stations, and gather in streets where lights are beginning to appear as Tokyo gradually moves into the evening.
On many night tours, the train is simply transportation to the first venue.
On this tour, the time spent in the Green Car and the view of Tokyo changing after dark are part of the journey.
Tokyo after Dark, Beyond the Usual Nightlife Map

If you prefer to drink less, you can enjoy fewer drinks at a relaxed pace.

Travelers who do not drink alcohol are also welcome.

Before Your Tour
A physical Suica or PASMO card is recommended for a smoother Green Car experience.
The train fare and Green Car premium seating used during the tour cost approximately ¥1,200 per person.
For convenience, we recommend loading at least ¥2,000 onto your Suica or PASMO card to also cover your journey from Kichijoji Station after the tour.
Drinks cost approximately ¥1,000 each.
Please budget according to how much you expect to drink and whether you plan to order anything additional.
Before the tour, please inform Sho of any food allergies, dietary restrictions, ingredients you avoid, or a preference not to drink alcohol.
Small local venues may not be able to accommodate every dietary restriction completely.
Please wear comfortable walking shoes.
After drinking alcohol, take extra care on station stairs and while walking at night.
